The brand-new Nest Fitness is conveniently located in Regina close to your place of employment, in the former Downtown YMCA. This makes it simple to squeeze in an early morning, midday, or after-work workout.

Community Focused

Working out in a group setting or around other people can be a great motivator. Nest Gym in Regina offers the opportunity to meet new people and work out in a social environment. We are actively working on making our facility completely accessible. However, in its current condition, the fitness facility is only accessible by stairs. Amenities

Amenities at The Nest Gym in Regina include a 24-hour operation, on-demand classes, showers, lockers, change rooms, secure entry, towels, free wifi, a swimming pool, a steam room, and much more. Which is a great way to relax and unwind after your workout. As we continue to remodel, we acknowledge that the exercise facilities were not initially designed with the most inclusive and fair amenities. The Nest features experienced trainers and instructors that can provide guidance and support to assist members reach their fitness goals, even if you’re looking for a gym for beginners.

Safety First

Our community’s security and safety come first. Nest Gym will be accessible through a separate, dedicated door on the Northwest side of the main building, facing McIntyre Street. This entrance will be video monitored at all times, will have a staff member right inside on the other side, and will have additional security and custodial staff on-site during regular operating hours. The Gym will be accessible via key fob from the outside door, assigned to each member at the time of the first visit. A two-way camera and buzzer will also be installed at the dedicated entrance for inside staff to speak to and see who is entering the building. Members can bring their own locks to keep their personal belongings secure, usable on the lockers both on the fitness floor and inside locker rooms.

Memberships

A year-long commitment may not always seem feasible or cause you to book right away, but that’s why we’ve updated our membership packages.

We offer family memberships and month-to-month memberships that come with no commitments, no contracts, and no questions asked.
If you decide to terminate your subscription, there are no refunds available, and any unused personal training credits remain on your account.
We’ve introduced personal training to our new packages, which also include with full access to all of our classes, the steam room, towel service, and racquetball and squash courts. If you want to cancel your membership, you must first fill out and submit our cancellation form. Once it has been reviewed, all details will be verified and you will be contacted to complete the cancellation process.

No Contract - Month-to-Month

$65/month
$50 one-time upfront fee
Included access to locker rooms, and steam room.
No commitment. Cancellation forms need to be submitted 5 days prior to the next billing cycle. If passed this date the next pay period does get deducted.
Added features: free access to classes (see fitness schedule and call to book your spot now!), towel service, steam room, as well with our squash and racquetball courts.

Family Month to Month Membership

$210.00/month – (up to 5 members – you choose your family)
$100 one-time upfront fee.
Included access to locker rooms, steam room, and lounge areas.
Added features: towel service, preferred massage therapy access.
By making a 12-month commitment you save $1,200 a year compared to individual memberships.

Nest Fitness key fobs will be required to access facilities. These are available for a one-time fee of $20.
