We’re excited to announce that Munch Café will soon be part of The Nest Health Centre community!

MUNCH Café will officially open to the public on January 5. The café will begin with a soft opening, operating from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, giving our community a chance to enjoy fresh food, great coffee, and a welcoming space before full operations begin.

Munch Café is a local favorite known for serving fresh, handmade meals and baked goods—and for their inspiring mission of providing inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Soon you’ll be able to enjoy their homemade hot meals soups, salads, sandwiches and specialty coffees right here at The Nest — perfect for a pre-workout bite, post-session meal, or a cozy coffee break.
