My journey with Yoga began over 20 years ago when my sister first introduced me to the practice. However, it wasn’t until I suffered a knee injury in 2016 that I discovered the transformative benefits of a consistent yoga practice.

What started as a small daily routine quickly turned into a deep passion for the practice. In 2020, I decided to take my love for yoga to the next level and completed my 200hr training online, as well as a Yin teacher training. Since then, I have dedicated my life to sharing the power of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help others discover their true potential.

Inspired by my passion for teaching and desire to deepen my knowledge, I journeyed to the sacred valley of the Andes mountains in Peru in October 2022. There, I continued my training in an Ashtanga and Shivananda inspired program that gave me new insights and tools that I am excited to bring to my students.

I am also a certified Steel Mace Flow and Steel Mace Flow Indian Clubs instructor, as well as trained in Mindfulness and Breathwork coaching.
