Certified Athletic Therapist
Member, Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA)
Natalie Schaeffer is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) who is passionate about helping individuals move better, perform stronger, and recover with confidence. She brings both clinical expertise and real-world sport experience to her practice, working with athletes and active individuals of all levels.

Natalie recently had the honour of taking part in her first international Women’s U17 National Team Camp in Salou, Spain, representing Canada as a healthcare professional. This experience deepened her commitment to high-performance sport and strengthened her passion for supporting athletes in competitive environments. She is incredibly grateful for the continued opportunities to grow professionally and personally while contributing to something bigger than herself.
As a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA), Natalie specializes in injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play planning. Her approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and individualized — ensuring each client receives a plan tailored to their goals, whether that’s returning to sport, staying active, or improving overall function.
At The Nest Health Centre, Natalie is dedicated to building strong relationships with her clients, empowering them through education, and helping them achieve long-term, sustainable results.
Representing excellence. Supporting performance. Helping you move with purpose.
